Archiving in Outlook


Putting e-mail in the Online Archive can be done by dragging an e-mail, moving an e-mail
Or bu Adjusting the date slider in File /Options / Account Settings / Account Settings / your e-mail address double click.

 

Items moved to the Online archive cannot be accessed on the local client UNLESS there is an internet connection.

Items moved to the Online Archive WILL reduce the local file size of the Outlook Mail File (50 Gig Limit is the max size on your local mail file)


  •  The emails will show up in the section Online Archive - [User's Salvation Army email address]
