Accord Forms for Risk Management

1. Risk Management uses this website to view forms in Internet Explorer
2. Make sure Internet Explorer is the default Browser
3. Also, in Internet Explorer go to Tools (or the gear in the top right corner of the screen) – Internet Options

   

4. Go to the General Tab then choose the Tabs button

   

5. Under the Tabbed Browsing Settings go to the section Open links from other programs in:
   1. Choose the section The current tab or window

       

       

       

        

6. Then click on the OK button and then click the Apply button to show that the changes have taken effect.
7. Close Internet Explorer and then reopen it and go the accord website (https://acrobatforms.com) and have one of the Risk Management users login and try again to load one of the online forms.
8. Once of the forms has been selected to be edited, make sure to click on the Yellow Exclamation Field allowing to Trust the field in a Form.
   
9. The forms should be filled in.
