How to Delete Profile in Outlook

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Mail (Microsoft Outlook Year)
   
3. Then choose the option Show Profiles…
   
4. Then select the user’s email address then click on the Remove Button.
   
5. Then choose the option Yes to remove the profile
   
6. Then run Outlook and enter the user’s email as if running Outlook for the first time.
7. Make sure that no other accounts are added when reinstalling Outlook setup
8. It will prompt for a profile. Enter the user's email address and click OK button.
9. Then do the rest of the setup as if a user was setup for the first time.
