Citrix Workspace does not correctly install on Apple devices

Users can't connect to Citrix Storefront using Citrix Workspace on their Apple Devices (ie: Tablets and Phones)

 

1) Go to App Store on your Apple Device

2) In the search field type CR 01

3) It should be the second option called CR 01 Business. It should have the citrix receiver logo.

4) Install the CR 01 Business app on the apple device.

5) Go through the regular process of how to connect a user to their citrix account on their apple mobile device.
