Outlook - How to remove a mailbox in Outlook
1) Open Outlook
2) In Outlook Go to File - Info - Account Settings - Account Settings...
3) In the Email tab double click on your email address
4) A new text box should appear Exchange Account Settings then click on the More Settings button
5) Click on the Advanced Button in the Microsoft Exchange Box
6) Select the Mailbox that you want to get rid and click on the Remove button. Then press the Apply and OK button.
This should remove the Mailbox that you want to get rid of. |
