Outlook - Removing Bad Suggested e-mail addresses

Issue:

When entering an e-mail address into the To field of Outlook, suggested e-mail addresses will pop up for you to select.

At some point a BAD (misspelled or incorrect) e-mail address was sent to - and now shows up as a suggested address to send to again.

How to remove that BAD address from the pop-up list:

(KEEP IN MIND) there is no way to remove just one address from the suggested list.  You have to remove ALL e-mails from the suggested list at one time.

1. In Outlook

2. File
3. Options
4. Mail Tab
5. Empty Auto-Complete List

IF the bad address is stored in your address books - it will need to be removed there

1. In Outlook

2. Open your Contacts

3. Search through your address books and remove BAD e-mail addresses by clicking on them and choosing delete
