To Set your Out of Office in Outlook:
 
Local Client:
  1. Open Outlook 
  2. Click on File (top Left)
  3. Click on Automatic Replies
  4. Set your Dates and your Messages

    This will automatically change your Teams Status to "Out of Office" and change your Teams icon to include the Out of Office symbol


    Web Client:
    1. Open Outlook
    2.  Click on Settings (top right)
    3.  Type in "Automatic Replies"
    4.  Set your Dates and your Messages
