CD Viewer - Account locked out

CD Viewer is used in the Finance Department

 

 

The Finance Accounting Assistant uses the software on their PC.

 

 

1) Try multiple times to guess both security questions.  After answering them incorrectly it should give an output code.

 

 

2)  Call JP Morgan Tech Support:  1-888-363-3318

 

3)  Have the Finance Accounting Assistant talk to the representative

 

 

4)  You should receive an input code from the tech and it will prompt a password reset.

 

 

This should allow the user back into CD Viewer
