**In order for Intelliprint to work it must be installed as a single user installation.  It does not work well in multi-user mode.

Installing Intelliprint 

1) Need to be logged in as Administrator
2) Map the drive to uscthqsvcs01\apps$
3) Go to the Intelliprint folder
4) Open IPReporting52 application (have a date of 6/20/2008)
5) Open the IP Keys notepad document and  copy the user license synaptris keyblock only





6) Go through defaults until Serial Key validation
             a. Enter the user’s name in the User Name field
             b. Company Name: Salvation Army
             c. Email: user’s salvation army email address

7) Choose Activate Full Verison
            a. Paste synaptris keyblock in that field
            b. Then go through the defaults
8) Log back in as the user and log in their IBM Notes

9) When trying to print a certificate choose the Preview option

9) Then press the Yes button in order to print the certificate

10) Then try printing without the preview.  It should be able to print without the preview.
