Papersave - File size too large error message - Resave the file as black and white
1) Go to Adobe Acrobat to reduce PDF file size
2) Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat
3) Once in Adobe Acrobat - Go to File - Reduce File Size
4) Then try to reupload the file that is Not in color in PaperSave
