Outlook - New emails not showing up

 

 

New emails are not showing up even doing a force replication.

 

 

 

1) Close Outlook

 

2) Go to Control Panel and select Mail (Outlook 2016)

 

3) Go to the Profiles section and click on Show Profiles

 

4) Make sure Outlook is selected and click on Remove button then click the Apply button

 

 

5) Relaunch Outlook and a profile box should appear.  Enter the user name's e-mail address. Then click the Ok button.

 

 

6) Go through the rest of the process as if getting logged into the user's Outlook account for the first time locally on their PC.
