- Send an e-mail to uscsupport@usc.salvationarmy.org
- You must include the “To” and “From” e-mail addresses involved
(the e-mail address the e-mail was sent TO – and the address the e-mail was sent FROM) The company/organization name will not help much, we need to know the exact address. - If the sender has received a “Delivery Failure” or “Blocked” message – the THQ IT Staff will need to see that message. It can be sent to uscsarmy@cayzuemail.com without fear of it getting blocked.
- THQ IT (Help Desk) will work with the customer (Army employee) to ensure that the e-mail is not in the junk folder, or filed by mail rules.
- THQ IT (O365 Admin Team) will check to see if:
- Has any mail from this address been delivered.
- If O365 is blocking this address.
- If Step 5b is negative THQ IT Directors will check the Barracuda is blocking this address
