Mitel - How to install Mitel Receptionist Desk Phone Software

The installation for the Reception Desk Soft Phone Ext 2000 is very intuitive and simple. Simply install this:
** The files the directory for Mitel is stored under C:\Prorgram Data\Mitel
Go to : O:\Phone System Information\Documentation\Reception Soft Phone\Console Files
During the short installation process you will need these two numbers as they prompt you for them:
1) Press Next and leave the box checked for Console has Administrative Access
2) Choose connect to your MiVoice Business: 10.221.88.6
3) Set the Replacement Access Code: ##3
4) Directory Number for this console: 2000
5) Quality of Service (QoS) Settings
6) Next > Next

No license is needed. Once installed make certain the headset is configured (in the user interface by clicking on the headset icon) and test it.
***Make sure a headset is plugged before doing any testing on the Mitel Software
** When searching for a name you have to do it by first name first
Change the 1st icon to say Operator Present Change the 2nd icon to say Day Mode.
To have the directory configured correctly fill in these fields to make sure the directory is pulled up
