Mac - Mac user can't login because password doesn't work

 

 

 

1) Login as local admin

 

2) Go to Finder - Application - Select Kerberos Ticket Autorenewal

 

3) Open Kerberos Ticket Autorenewal application

 

4) Enter the following information in the Ticket Autorenewal

 

5) Choose the option to reset password


**Do not check the box to auto-renew the ticket

Principal: first name.last name@SAUSC.ORG 

Password: Active Directory password

If the above method does not work - you may need to disjoin/unbind from the domain and rejoin/bind.
If the keychain asks to be updated - DO NOT update the keychain - instead choose to create a new keychain
