Citrix - The server certificate could not be checked for revocation (Mac)

This error message occurs when a user signs into Citrix on a Mac and the application fails to launch and brings up the following error message:
Resolution:
1) Go into the Citrix Workspace preferences
2) Go to Security & Privacy section
3) Select the TLS tab and go to the subsection called Certification revocation list
4) Once in the Certification revocation list select the option Off
5) Have the user to try and launch an application in their Citrix Workspace. The program should launch now
