How to make a Zoom meeting in the Conference Rooms at THQ

 

  1. Open Outlook Calendar
  2. Pick a date and time in your Outlook Calendar
  3. Make sure that when doing a Meeting in Outlook to Not add a Teams meeting link

  4. Add the Conference room to the invitees as well as the other invitees who will be in the meeting then put the Zoom link in the body of the message
    1. Free Zoom accounts might not work when creating a Zoom meeting in the Crestron Conference System
  5. The Zoom meeting should be reserved in the Crestron System.

If you are in a Teams Room.
The EASIEST solution is to simply join the Zoom call on your PC the way you normally do - then connect the Mercury Device with the USB and  HDMI cables from the table.
This will connect your Zoom to the room camera and room speakers.
