Description: Pitney Bowes can't run end of month or similar process

 

 

 

Resolution:

 

 

1) Unplug the Ethernet cable from dongle.  Wait one minute before plugging the Ethernet cable back into adapter again

 

 

2) Go to the Home screen on the Pitney Bowes machine and go to Rates & Updates

 

 

3) Let the device check for updates.  If there are updates press the Download button on the screen

 

 

4) Let the updates download then choose the option Install Now

 

a) The updates will take about twenty minutes to install

 

 

5)  Run the updates again after installation and it should say up to date

 

 

6) Have the Trade people in shipping run end of month or other account services to make sure that the other services are running properly.
