Outlook - Groups email(s) not updating in Outlook

When in the Groups section of your Outlook Mail section and when you go to one of the Groups it says this folder has not been updated none of the emails show up for that group in Outlook.

1)  Make sure that in Account Settings-->More Settings-->Advanced Tab, the Download shared folders box is Unchecked.  Close Outlook and then reopen Outlook.

 

2) 1. Go to Account Settings-->More Settings-->Advanced Tab, the Download shared folders box is checked again.  Close Outlook and then reopen Outlook.

 

Mail should start appearing in the Groups section again.
