The boomi Atom software installed on the Boomi Server, which is installed on the user's Citrix Profile under Remote Desktop 2012
1) Have the user login into Citrix and have the Remote Desktop app open
2) Have the user download the Boomi Atom software
3) Once the software is downloaded, right click and Run As Administrator
4) Have the user enter a token and then click Next through the process
5) Two exe of Boomi will prevent the software from completing the installation (It will say which two exectuables are preventing the software installing)
A) Go to Task Manager in the Remote Desktop and select the two exectuables and right on them then choose End Task
6) Once the two executables have been terminated click Retry on the windows to finish the installation
