How to install the HP LaserJet Pro printer on a Windows printer

Go to Devices and Printers

-  Add Printer

- This is already setup below:


IP Address: 10.221.74.14

This is to show the Salvation Army log is not being cut off by the printer checks on the printer check sheets in the Cashier's office (This should already be set on the Laserjet Pro printer)


1) Go to the LaserJet Pro M402n Printer in the Cashier's office > System Setup

2) System Setup > Print Quality > Adjust alignment > Adjust Tray 2 > Y Shift

3) Set -20 using the right arrows on the on printer

4) Then press the OK button on the printer
