Error 1001 - Logging into Microsoft365

This happens when the motherboard is replaced on a laptop.

How to fix the issue

1) Login as local admin and uninstall Microsoft365

2) Uninstall Teams. (Check to make sure to uninstall Teams as the domain user as well)

3) Reboot the PC and log back in as the user

4) Reinstall Microsoft365 and Teams

5) Go through the process of getting the user setup in Outlook and Teams
