Ricoh - How to install SmartDeviceMonitor and see all the Ricoh printers at THQ

This will allow you see to all Ricoh printers at THQ and see the system status
1) Install the file that is saved under attachments
2) Unzip the file then run the file as another user then enter local admin credentials
3) Once the software is installed open SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin
4) A new window will open that says Search/Monitoring Settings
** If the Search/Monitoring Settings doesn't open press Ctrl +R or Group > Search/Monitoring Settings
5) Check the box Specify Address then enter the IP Address of 10.221.70 to 10.221.76.12 then press the Ok button
6) It will take about five minutes to search and load all the Rioch printers to appear in the window
