If anyone with Auto Audit calls in about AA trouble - please follow these steps
Please enable Time Track and try to replicate the issue, sending us the file for review when the issue has been replicated. Steps are below:
1) Select Help > Time Track.
2) A popup will appear asking if you want to clean, say yes if we want a fresh record of results.
3) Another popup will appear asking if you want to check the network stats:
4) Select 'Yes' and let it run for a few minutes as you are experiencing slowness.
5) Please complete the action you are experiencing issues with.
6) Once you have done that, go back to Help > Time Track to turn it back off.
7) A popup will appear asking if you want to open the Time Track report, select Yes:
8) If you select ‘No’ by mistake, the file can be retrieved by navigating to Help > Open Temp Folder
9) Then from your File Explorer, go back one level to be in the Temp folder and you should see the Time Track file.
10) When you have opened the Time Track report, please save it and send it to us, letting us know what time the issue was replicated.
