Once a user logs into Papercut and can't make changes on the Ricoh printer to change the paper tray settings

1) Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the Ricoh Printer that won't allow the user to change paper tray settings

2) Click on the Login button on the far right corner of the screen and enter admin as the Login User Name and leave password field empty then press Enter

3) Device Management > Configuration.  It will take a minute to load the configuration

4)  Device Settings > Administrator Authentication Management

The settings should like this then press Ok button on the bottom.  This will allow the user to change the paper tray settings on the Ricoh printer.
