1) Open the Database that you wish to Export into Excel
2) Select all items that you want to Export into Excel
3) In IBM Notes go to Edit – Copy As – Table
4) Then open Microsoft Excel and choose a new Excel spreadsheet
5) Then Right click and Paste or Ctrl + V to paste the information into the Excel Sheet
