                  a) Do you use ADP? 

                                 - If yes what are your credentials you are using to log into ADP

                  b) No        - Contact your manager or your Human Resources for your division to assist you

     2. How are you logging in to the Litmos site?

a) Are you using typing your credentials manually in or by clicking on the button that says sign in with SSO
