Please watch the video below:

1) At 3:52 instead go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2020\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps

2) At 5:30 till 6:08 watch that portion and don't do it.  Only watch to get a better understanding of what he is doing.

3) From 6:33 till 7:01 repeat for each field that you have in the Adobe file

4) Paste the JavaScript code in each Custom Calculation Script under the Calculate tab

5) Follow the steps from 7:11 till 7:42

  • At 7:12 C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2020\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps

6) Ignore 9:15 and stop at 10:50 seconds

7) When you implement the stamp it will bring a text box that says Identity Setup. You don't need to fill the fields and can be left.  Next, in the bottom left corner of the screen check the box that says Don't show again then press the Complete button. The fillable fields that you created in Adobe will now appear.

8) Now make copy of the stamp that you created in Adobe from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2020\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps and paste it in under C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps.

  • Grab the copy of the stamp and you will need to do this step for each user in the Property Department (C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps)
