Citrix - Can't log into Citrix even though verification code is correct and password

The user enters the correct AD password correct verification from the Microsoft Authenticator app
Solution:
1) Test to see if you can get office.com then test verification code.
2) If you can't go into office.com then go to the aka.ms/mfasetup website
3) Delete/Remove the device(s) that has the Microsoft Authenticator app or have one of the Microsoft365 admins reset the user's MFA
4) Setup MFA on the device(s) again then try to get into Citrix again
