Password Reset through the Microsoft Authenticator App

1) Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and select your profile that should be your Salvation Army email address
2) Scroll down on your device and go to the Manage section
3) In the Manage section select Change password
4) Your device will open a web browser and lead you to a Microsoft website
5) Enter your Salvation Army email address then your login password then press the Sign in button
6) Then enter your two-digit number that is prompted to Authenticate
7) A new window will appear on your device that says Change your password
8) The new window should show your Salvation Army email then in the New password area enter a new password then in the confirm new password area enter the new password that you put in the New password area then press the Submit button
9) The new password should now be created. If you do this while you are not in the building it will not change your password on your computer until you come into the office and are connected to our network |
