How to Print an Envelope to a Ricoh Printer/Copier
5550 Prairie Stone Pkwy, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192

1. Open Microsoft Word then go to the Mailings tab and then select Envelopes

                        

2. Enter the information needed in the Delivery and Return Address text boxes
         

    

3. Click on the Options button under the Envelopes tab
         
   1. Under the Envelope Options Tab choose Envelope Size 10 and select OK
   2. Under the Printing Options select the fourth Feed method on the right if it has not been already selected with Face up option chosen as well.
   3. Select Bypass Tray under Feed from category

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

   4. Click  OK

       

4. In the Envelopes tab Click Print button to print

                

5. Go to a Ricoh printer and lay the envelope(s) horizontal, face down in the Bypass tray with the envelope flap facing you  

                

6. On the Copier/Printer - Enter your Windows credentials or use Your keycard to get to the PaperCut home screen
7. Choose Print Release
   1. Choose the print job then press Print
   2. Next, Press the Check Status button (bottom left next to words Data In) on the Ricoh control panel
   3. A new screen will appear that says Check Status and make sure that you are on Mach./Applic. Stat tab
      1. In the Printer section press the button Check to the right
8. A new screen will appear saying Paper Size of Bypass is mismatched
   1. Click on the button that says Custom Size then press the Continue button
      1. The paper size should be set to 4 1/8 x 9 ½ landscape (below are steps on how to set the correct paper size for envelops)
9. The envelope print job should now go through
   

That’s it!

Now, if your printer is telling you there is a paper-size mismatch… follow these steps:

1. On the Copier/Printer - Press the User Tools/Counter Button on the right side of the printer.
2. Select the Tray Paper Settings Button on the display screen
3. Press the Printer Bypass Paper size Button
4. Select the 4 1/8 x 9 ½ landscape. Then press the OK button.  You “should” only have to change the Printer Bypass Paper Size once since it will remember the size unless you manually change the Printer Bypass Paper Size to a different size.

    

    

     

    

    

5. Repeat Steps 6,7 and 8 above.
