How to have multiple people in the same time slot and have one calendar with multiple staff
- Go to office.com and login with your Microsoft Credentials
- Go to the Bookings app and then go the Shared Bookings page
- Then click on the right side of the screen Create booking page
- Choose option create from scratch
- Follow the step-by-step instructions on how you want to customize your bookings page. It is four steps
- The bookings page will be created and click on the new bookings that you created
- How to choose one calendar when having multiple staff members in bookings
- In the bookings page go Services. Select the service that you created in the bookings then choose Edit service
- Go to Assign staff and uncheck the box Allow customers to choose a particular staff for booking
- Then select the person, group, or Shared Mailbox that you want to be the only default calendar.
- This will move the object from Select staff to Assigned staff. Then press the button Save Changes.
- How to create multiple slots
- Go to the Services section then choose the pencil symbol or Edit service option
- In the Edit service window go to Basic Details
- In the subsection of maximum number of attendees this is where you can choose ethe number of attendees you can book for the same time slot
- Ex: 2 attendees equals that two people can choose the same time slot for 2 PM on Friday. After that other invitees can choose different slots and that only two people can choose the same time slot.
- When people reserve the time slot it will only show basic information in your Outlook Calendar. To see more detailed info go the Bookings page that you created
- Then go to the Calendar section of the bookings
- Then go the section below that says Calendar Filters Applied and click on three dots next to your name in the subsection that says Staff and choose Details
- Then go to Calendar and Availability and go to the date where the time slots have been filled and click on of them then choose View
- This will show all information in the Customer information section
