Make sure that the Finance user logs into Bank of America
**Look at the attachment in this article for Edge Web Browser
For Google Chrome
- Go to Google Chrome > Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects
- Go to the section that says Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects
- Click on the Add button and a new window will open that says Add a site
- Paste https://online1.cashpro.bankofamerica.com/cpoauthweb/cpo/#/login/public/signin into the Site field
- Press the Add button
