Copy and pasting fail in Excel 2010

 

  • When trying to copy and paste information in Excel 2010 in Excel a prompt comes saying failed to copy and/or paste

 

 

Resolution

 

1) Login as local admin and run Citrix Receiver cleanup utility.  Then reboot the computer once Citrix Cleaner has removed all files

 

2)  Log back in as local admin and install Citrix Workspace but go a few versions back in Citrix. Try installing Citrix at least four months ago.

 

3)  Reboot the PC once Citrix Workspace has installed.  Log back in as the user and launch Citrix Workspace.  It will take a few minutes for Citrix Workspace to update and run.

 

4)  Have the user log into Citrix Workspace then try copying and pasting into Excel 2010 in Citrix Workspace.
