Mitel - How to install a headset that is not a Mitel Brand

1) In the Mitel IP Phobe Web Tool page you need to program a key as a headset

2)  Once John Tate has programmed one of the keys for the person to have a headset install the headset

3)  Once the headset is installed go to key that was programmed that says headset then press it (It should turn orange, which means on.  You will also see a headset logo in the top left corner of the screen on the Mitel IP Phone

4)  That is it and you can now use the headset with the Mitel IP Phone
