1) Go to Bluebeam's website and find the version number of the software found in inventory and download it. Don't install it yet!
2) Go the user's old computer and deactivate the license key for the BlueBeam software
3) Close Bluebeam software and go to C:\Users\
4) On the old computer in the version folder copy all the files to a flash drive or to a folder on the P:Drive
5) On the new computer install Bluebeam software and enter the product key and serial number to activate it (need an Internet connection)
6) Copy the contents of all the files that you saved from the version folder of the old computer and paste them into the new computer in the folder location of C:\Users\
7) There will be few duplicate files and choose the option to copy and replace
