  • If the user's mac password doesn't match Microsoft365 password
  • If the user can't print by saying connection refused or hold for authentication
  • Also, help with resolving with Share Drives with connectivity

- This indicates an issue with their credentials on the Mac

How to fix this:

1) Go to the Keychain Access App or in Spotlight (magnifying glass) > Ticket Viewer

2) Then go to the Apple Menu > Keychain Access > Ticket Viewer

3) Make sure that they have a Kerberos ticket.  If they don't add one.

a) To add on click on the Add Identity button

b) A new window will appear then enter the user's first name.last name@sausc.org then Microsoft365 password

c) Then click on the Add button (Example below)

4) Make sure the ticket does not says expired,  If it does then click on change password button.

5) Now the passwords should match after synching to our system after an hour

6) Now the user should be able to print, access Share Drives, and have matching passwords with mac and Microsoft365
