Mac - Hold for Authentication prompt when printing

- This indicates an issue with their credentials on the Mac

How to fix this:

1) Go to the Keychain Access App

2) Then go to the Apple Menu > Keychain Access > Ticket Viewer

3) Make sure that they have a kerberos ticket.  If they don't add one.  

a) To add on click on the Add Identity button

b) A new window will appear then enter the user's first name.last name@sausc.org then Microsoft365 password

c) Then click on the Add button (Example below)

4) Make sure the ticket does not says expired,  If it does then click on change password button. 

5) Reboot the mac.  This should force a keychain update

6) Now the user should be able to print
