Citrix - Can't logged into Citrix even when credentials are correct

• Try the following first
  • Try going to storefront.uscthq.org and see if the user can log in that way
  • Then try resetting Active Directory password for user
• Lastly, reset the MFA for user
  • This will usually work if the steps above fail
