Microsoft Teams - User tries to log into Teams on mobile it loops and won't load Teams app

When a user tries to log into Teams on an Apple mobile device and tries to authenticate, Teams will try and load, but keeps looping trying to load Teams
Apple Devices
- Solution
- On the Apple mobile device do the following:
- Go to Settings > Face ID and Passcode > Others apps > turn off Authenticator
- Then have the user to try and log into Teams on mobile device
- On the Apple mobile device do the following:
