HP USB C Dock - No audio and people can't hear the person in Teams

The reason is the HP Dock is set as the default device as the playback and microphone and needs to be disabled in the Control Panel under the Sound category
Disable Audio for HP USB C Docking Station
- Go to Control Panel > Large icons > Sound
- The Sound window will open and do the following in the Sound window

- Playback tab
- Might say headphones (HP USB Dock Audio Headset)
- Right click disable and set speakers as the default device
- Right click on speakers and choose set as default device
- Right click disable and set speakers as the default device
- Might say headphones (HP USB Dock Audio Headset)
- Recording tab
- Might say Microphone (HP USB C Dock Audio headset)
- Right click disable and set speakers as the default device
- Right click on Microphone and choose set as default device, if the Microphone is not set as default device
- Right click disable and set speakers as the default device
