How to add the THQ network printers to a Mac
To authenticate printing for users who have had their profile moved over: SAUSC.ORG\USERNAME Their current SAUSC password
Keychain Sometimes you may have to reinstall the network printer and delete the keychain password associated with the network printer. Access to the Keychain is through Finder> Applications> Utilities> Keychain Access. Or you can click Command + space bar and search for Keychain access.
Driver notes: The driver/configuration is compatible with the C4503.
It is not compatible with C401SP and the older Ricoh/Lanier devices (C3002, C3502, C5502). We might be able to create other versions of the printer depending on usage/location. Possibly even loading multiple Secure Print definitions on a single MAC.
Filter failed message Reset Printing system. Remove old print drivers, reinstall print drivers, and printer.
Remove print drivers Macintosh HD> library> Printers> drag that folder to the trash. Also- under Printers> PPDs> Contents> Resources - delete all files with printer name you wish to delete.
Printer Pausing - Unlock account, uncheck user must change password.
