Envoy ( SVG ) access numbers not changing from man cave computer

The graphics on the Envoy system are broken (meaning they are not updating or changing as they should) and the numbers do not change, they remain constant.
This is the system that Property Uses to check the status of the HVAC system internally and remotely

1) Logged in As Administrator

2) Uninstall Google Chrome causes interference with Internet Explorer

3) Turned off pop up blocker and make sure Active X is on Internet Explorer

4) Download SVG from the website

  • Optional - Might have to Uninstall old SVG viewer(s) in Control Panel (Add or Remove Programs) if already installed

5) Log back in Envoy to make sure changes take affect

6) Fixed the issue

 

***Envoy Log-On can be on Internet Explorer 10 (With Compatibility View Checked) and can be on latest platform of Java

Essentially Chrome is causing IE to not read this software correctly - uninstalling Chrome appears to fix the issue
