WINDOWS 10 - File Explorer freezes when opening it in the taskbar

1 ) Create a new folder on the desktop

2)  Open the new folder that was created on the Desktop

3)  Once the new folder is opened go to the File tab in Windows

4) Then go to the View tab in File Explorer

5) Then click on the Options button

6) A new screen should appear called Folder Options

7) In the Folder Options box, make sure that General Tab is selected

8) In the section called Open File Explorer to: change the option from Quick access to This PC

9) Click on the Apply button and then click OK button.

10) Then close File Explorer and reopen File Explorer in the task bar
