Service Point - Service Point Password Reset

  • Note: If the user has been set as “inactive” do not reactivate them. Tell Social Service Department

1)       Go to Service Point website

2)       Login  (your user name is FirstInitialLastName) (your password you defined when you set up your profile - Rules are 6 digits and at least 2 numbers)

3)       Click Admin Tab on left

4)       Click User Admin

6)       In search field type the users name ( any part of the name is fine)

7)      Click on the user's name in the User field

8)      Click in Password box and type in new password (or click Generate Password)

9)      Click Save and Exit

  • First time user logs in, they will need to create their own password and enter it twice
  • Default Password: changepassword123
