PC Postage can't post a dollar amount

1. Close all PC Postage and all other programs
   
2.  Go to the Following website:  https://www.ozdevelopment.com/endicia/
   
3.  Choose the first button called PC Postage v.xx.xx
4. ) Run the file once it has finished downloading: Open PC Postage/ USPS Premium Endicia
5.  Then have Ben enter a number to see if it will post a dollar amount for postage.
