Adobe Acrobat - error 28000

When trying to update Adobe Acrobat it gives that error number
1) Login as local admin
2) Go the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\
3) Then find the OOBE folder and rename it to a different name
4) Reboot the PC
5) Try updating the Adobe Acrobat again under the local admin account and it should update.
