Thank you for your interest in obtaining access to Lotus Traveler. Your request has been received. You should now have access to the Traveler server.
Attached are documents that will provide you with details for setting up Traveler on your device. Please be sure to use the proper document depending on if you have an Apple or Android device. You will also find an attachment on how to synchronize your contacts with your mail file, which will allow you to have your notes contacts on your device. (DO NOT MISS THIS STEP! Failure to enable Contact synchronization will prevent your contacts from being available on your phone/tablet.) Prior to installing Traveler on an Apple device, make sure the operating system is at IOS5 or higher. After you install Traveler our Notes administrator will receive an e-mail from the Traveler server indicating that you have successfully installed. At this point the administrator must manually approve your device to begin functioning. As a reminder, our implementation of Lotus Traveler currently requires the following security settings: A PIN must be set on your device that is at least 4 digits Your PIN must be changed every 60 days The device must be set so that it automatically locks after no more than 15 minutes In addition, if you enter your PIN incorrectly 10 times, your device will be wiped. You will need to know your SameTime password. If you do not know your SameTime password please read the attached document called "Change your Internet Password" |
