We see that you have requested the use of LifeSize.
Please answer the following questions for us so that we can provide you with the appropriate information for you to send to your intended participants.
Please note that although you may have entered this information into your room request, IT cannot see that information. If we do not have that information we will not know what you need in order to make your LifeSize meeting a success.
1. Date of Meeting
2. Time of Meeting
3. What Physical Room did you Reserve?
4. What device will you be using (ie: Your laptop, your phone, your tablet, or the LifeSize Codec Camera)?
5. Do you need to present your computer screen? (meaning that you will be displaying your computers screen for all to see)
6. Does anyone else need to present their computer screen?
7. Have you done this before from the device you intend to use?
8. What is the Name of the Meeting? (ie: Hoffman Estates Meeting)
