Auto Audit - Temp File

 

 

Auto Audit- Upon opening Auto Audit an error occurs that says it is pointing to
the wrong temp folder. After clicking 'ok' Auto Audit opens, the user can view
data, but unable to create it.  .

 

 

***There may be a case where the system preferences is grayed out, which will not allow the folder destination to be changed.  A call to to Auto Audit for technical support is needed***

To correct this, while in Auto Audit, go to Maintenance, User Preferences, Temp Directory (Bottom left side under Colors tab),

and change the folder destination from L: to O: or Q:. Close Auto Audit and then re-open.
