Payroll can't open login into Prudential site saying no Java Unavailable

Payroll gets HTML files from Prudential for Payroll and when Payroll users tries to login into the Prudential Portal a message pops up it says Java is not downloaded
1) Make sure Java is downloaded on the Payroll's users PC
2) If Java is not on the users's PC download and install Java
3) Once Java is installed have the users open the HTML file with Mozilla Firefox. This browser seems to work the best
4) If Firefox is not working then try all other web browser and see if the Payroll can login into the Prudential Portal
