Problem: "I cannot e-mail an attachment of a file that I have saved on my share drive"
Issue: The issue is that you are using an e-mail client that exists on your computers local C: Drive The file you want to attach exists on a share drive that you access via Citrix. That file is not on your C: Drive
When your computer is directly connected to the Army's network (meaning you are connected directly with a cable - OR have access through the Army's Wifi) your share drives are accessible in the same way your C: Drive is.
When you access your share drives through Citrix you are now accessing those share drives through a computer that lives in a building in Oakbrook, IL.
Your Outlook e-mail client is not on the computer in Oakbrook and therefore cannot see your share drives.
The Fix: You need to move the file to your C: drive so that Outlook has access to it.
